No. I have created a complete training program that can be done from home, work, or anywhere. When signing up you will have the option for a gym or home program to follow.

When following the program you will see changes to you body within a few weeks. Depending on your commitment and work ethic it usually speeds up as the weeks go on.

With the program you will be using my personalized app that has all the exercises by name and also access to full video demonstrations, instructions and tips for completing the exercises safely and correctly.

I personally create every aspect of your program to fit your lifestyle needs, experience levels and goals. I hold you accountable by having you send pictures and videos of your food intake and workouts each day. From there I guide you by making adjustments where needed. I also have a private Facebook group where I teach you how to live a sustainable lifestyle and have weekly fitness challenges to keep you motivated.

I help my clients by giving them a personalized workout and meal plan. Whether training at home or in the gym I will make a program tailored to your specific needs. With the meal plan we will take into account your work and daily lifestyle and from there create a meal plan with foods that you actually love to eat and have you still lose weight!

I guide my clients by coaching them with 1 on 1 or group coaching calls. Each week I set up a session and help them with any problem they may have . We sit down and work out a solution, be it with eating habits or working out.

With my personalized app I set up a day to day, week by week schedule that you will follow in order to reach your goals. I have set up 16 weeks of fitness and nutritional challenges along with my private Facebook group weekly challenges.
